We ship orders from our facility every Monday (excluding holidays) with an order placement deadline of the previous Wednesday by 5:00 PM CST. See example calendar month below.
Example: Place your order on Wednesday (3rd) by 5:00 PM CST, and the order will ship on Monday (8th). Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST or on Thursday (4th) will not ship until Tuesday (16th) since UTEX would be closed on Monday (15th).
